What is the difference between employer branding and recruitment communication?

Employer branding is the foundation: your employer brand and employer value proposition (EVP), in other words why you are an attractive employer. Recruitment communication is the activation of that in campaigns and channels. Schwung does both, from the same brand model.

Does this also work in tight sectors such as healthcare?

Especially there. In healthcare and the public sector the labour market is tightest, and the difference is rarely the work or the salary, but the brand. We helped Thebe double its application conversion and built the employer brand of GGD West-Brabant.
